Our applicants are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check – we understand that you’re welcoming us into your home and treat your home like our own!

We are here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it. That’s our promise to you!

Rest assured we take security very very seriously – we have three levels of security in place.

1. Our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL.

2. Our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security.

3. Credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card).

Yes! We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants during our pre-screening process.

If anything isn’t meeting your standards, we’ll send a team out to make it right (within a 7-day window). If our re-clean is completed and you’re still not satisfied, we offer a full refund.

PRICING & POLICIES

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. Then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are completed.

Absolutely! Simply enter your coupon (giftcard) code into the booking form while you create your booking. Your final price will automatically change when entered. At any time you can log into your account and see the balance on your giftcards.

We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home, including any extra services selected. Select what you want and the price is shown instantly!

Getting Started

An account is automatically created for you when you book service. You just need to complete setup, choose your password, and you’re ready to go!

Our typical service area is Madison County, Alabama. If you’re outside this region, contact us to see if we have any availability to come to your home.

Checkout our Services page for details – our standard cleaning is everything necessary to maintain a typical home. We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge or oven, and those can be selected on the booking page.

Yes, our cleaners will bring all cleaning supplies, products and equipment – you don’t have to supply a thing!

Absolutely! Send any requests to your confirmation email or add comments in your account and we’re happy to accommodate if we can.
